INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
FOR ADULTS & ADOLESCENTS
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, burnt out, or disconnected — from themselves, their relationships, or the life they thought they “should” have figured out by now. Whether you're navigating a major transition, managing symptoms of ADHD, exploring your identity, or simply trying to quiet the constant mental noise, therapy can be a powerful space to feel more grounded, clear, and connected.
My work is affirming, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-aware. I provide therapy for high-achieving adults, LGBTQIA+ folks, and neurodivergent clients (ADHD, AuDHD, ASD) who are looking for real support — not just surface-level solutions.
What to Expect in Individual Therapy
I recommend starting with weekly one-on-one sessions. In our first few meetings, we’ll work collaboratively to:
Understand your current symptoms, stressors, and strengths
Explore long-standing thought patterns, relational dynamics, or past experiences
Identify a working diagnosis (if helpful or applicable)
Develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and neurotype
Weekly sessions provide the consistency and momentum needed for deep, lasting change. Rewiring old patterns — especially around perfectionism, over-functioning, or self-criticism — takes time and practice. Showing up weekly gives us space to build trust, develop skills, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others.
As you grow and gain clarity, we can shift to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins — or adapt to what works best for your nervous system, schedule, or life phase. Therapy is always flexible, and I’ll work with you to find a rhythm that’s sustainable.
Common Reasons Clients Begin Therapy:
Anxiety, stress, or burnout
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or obsessive thought spirals
Phobias or avoidance behaviors that interfere with daily life
Adult ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence
Perfectionism, overthinking, or a harsh inner critic
Panic attacks or chronic overwhelm
Difficulty with boundaries, communication, or emotional regulation
Feeling stuck, lost, or unsure of your direction
Low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, or fear of failure
LGBTQIA+ identity exploration or coming out
Relationship issues (romantic, platonic, or familial)
Unresolved trauma or early attachment wounds
Feeling disconnected from your values, body, or sense of self
What We Can Work Toward:
Deepen self-understanding and clarify what truly matters to you
Learn practical tools to manage anxiety, OCD, and intense emotions
Reduce compulsive behaviors and avoidance through evidence-based techniques (like ERP)
Rewire long-standing beliefs around self-worth, safety, and control
Heal patterns rooted in trauma, anxiety, or rejection sensitivity
Practice radical self-acceptance and cultivate self-compassion
Strengthen boundaries and improve communication in relationship
Shift from people-pleasing to aligned, authentic decision-making
Learn ADHD-friendly tools for executive functioning, planning, and rest
Embrace your neurodivergence and let go of chronic masking
Reconnect with your creativity, identity, and internal sense of direction
Therapy is a place where you don’t have to perform or prove anything.
It’s a place to be real, be messy, and be fully seen.
If you're ready to stop just coping — and start actually healing — I'd be honored to support you.
SESSION FEE $250
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

What IS
SLIDING SCALE?
At my practice, I am able to offer sliding scale fees, which are fees that are adjusted depending on a client’s income, in order to make therapy more accessible. If you are interested in exploring my sliding scale fee options please contact me to see what current sliding scale rates are available. I am also happy to discuss this more this during your complimentary consultation call.
